#03 Rock'n'roll between rallies

We received a letter from Tomi. Do you know what do drivers do during the interval between rallies?
Here is one of the answers.

Hellow! We had a gig after Swedish rally with our band. It was ones again very very very fun! I love to sing rock'n'roll with wonderful band.

Party was one of Toni's and my personal sponsor party, DEFA.

This band is found in 2005 and we do gigs just for fun. So nothing serious. We play only cover music 'cause we have no time to do own songs. And it's good fun to play English rock, songs what people know already.

My friends in band are great guys. Guy who plays bass is 100% professional. He use to play guitar in one very famous Finnish band but now he have his own band. They actually do third CD at the moment.

Our lead guitarist is professional as well. I mean that he doesn't do anything else for living. Play just guitar.

I'm the only one who is 100% amateur... But I love this!

Maybe someday we can do gig after WRC? I have to think about it! Some good bar maybe in Jyvaskyla. Or in Japan!!! I just have to ask our team to give tickets to band. I'm sure that they will be excited! Good idea!?

We did one gig in VIP area in Neste Oil Rally super special stage last year. People were a bit surprised when they saw me standing there with microphone.

And I have to say that this is best what man can do. Okay, maybe rally is better. Maybe???
